jonnyo Posted January 15, 2003 Share Posted January 15, 2003 apartment 3c its by the jump over the pay and spary on the first island do the jump with the white stairs ove the p&s then the second one on top of the building u land on, the building u land on with the second jump, face south jump off the building and tern north go up the stairs on the right and through the black door to 3C. never seen scarface so i wouldent no if its taken of there.
