YourCreatedHell 483 Posted June 18, 2015 (edited) Very stupid idea it to implement. Trying to make a map of NFS Most Wanted open on the engine GTA San Andreas. The map can not simply get out of the game. To get relief, you need to use Ninja Ripper and collect the map. Because of the low range of drawing, the map is collect very slowly and painfully. All objects, except relief, dumped into the center. Arrange objects should be shifted manually. A lot of the objects outside of the map is a hoax. Many holes in the landscape and everything is done through the ass in the original game. This is an arcade ... I started to get a map from the game February 13, 2014. At the moment, pulled out of the game the whole landscape, but not the building. Buildings will pull later. The whole landscape weigh in the original game ~ 950,000 polygons. Now I send the map in 3DS Max. Gradually I exported. Also have to redo everything. I got bored and placed a bunch of omni lights in 3dsmax and baked 'em using radiosity then re-exported using deniskas dff exporter so they have "Day Vertex Colours" and "Night Vertex Colours". Feel free to use this version of the dff files, using them isn't mandatory though: i understand your mod is a work in progress and subject to change at any time. There are some games where the developers give the PC version the short end of the stick for no good reason. Just to name a few. GTA III (PS2 models and textures, but fixed by mods) GTA VC (PS2 models and textures, but fixed by mods) Tomb Rader (PC version released with the last gen version, so it didn't get the improvements that current gen got) Saints Row 2 (Low quality audio files and unoptimized to the point where no PC can run it as well as console. When we have an Xbox 360 or PS3 emulator, it will run SR2 better than the actual PC version.) This isn't PC's fault. It is the developers being dumb asses. Most of them children's games for the PC tend to get watered down for practicality reasons, though if you ask me the developers should've made the games a bit more scalable but couldn't as they're rushing through developing said titles.
