Why go on call and then leave when heist starts?

Serious question. I want to know why players do this? Sure sometimes disconnection issues happen or other weird glitches like that. But this seems to happen quite often with players joining through "on call".

Any thoughts on this?

Going on call throws you into a full lobby. Sadly, sometimes, you do not know which heist lobby you land in. So if u land in a lobby of a set-up or level of set-up you do not like, you leave.

Close the lobby. I don't think they can get in with On-Call with that disabled.

Well you can't see levels when on call, which is why I join randomly directly. Maybe he saw a low level and ditched rather than waste time with failures?

Maybe it's not the heist or heist setup they're looking for.

I think that ppl join because they want the final part and the in-game description is often wrong and it suggests it is final when in reality it is a setup.

I leave when I'm dropped into a Fleeca setup or after a random has failed the Fleeca final or takes more than 6 minutes to perform the hack. For a payout of less than $60 grand, it's just not worth the headache.

Another reason why i would leave is if i have failed that heist just before i joined yours

Example

Pacific standard convoy - failed 3 times because nubs kept dying so i quit(i normally quit after the second failed attempt)

Then went on the phone to join a lobby direct and it put me in the same one different host

Reasons why I leave

Fleeca Job ( hate all of this this )

Deliver EMP ( refuse to do with randoms )

Plane

Trash Truck

I will leave anyone of those set-ups.

More reasons

Squeakers

too many low levels

Leaders choice outfits

Easy mode

I will leave every single time if I land in one of those scenario's or a combination of.

Advise to Hosts....when a on-call player joins, give them a minute to to settle in before mashing the launch button. A lot of you mash the button the second on call players land. This will drastically cut down on having these players leave after any cut scene and bouncing you all back to FR.
