ERR_GFX_D3D_INIT Crash

Can someone give me some helpful up-to-date tips on how to prevent this error from occurring after completing a contract mission?

I've contacted Rockstar, and so far this is what I'm getting out of them ;/

After completing the contact mission, TWICE, and getting my level upgraded from 69 to 70, TWICE again due to this error I re-logged back to the online lobby to be getting a message: "You previously left a job without completing it. If you do this frequently you will become a "Bad sport" and placed in games with other bad sports."
Here's my screenshot evidence.
The first time getting my newest 70 rank for COMPLETING the mission thus giving me the RP points that I needed to get 70.

Then I received the crash and re-logged back in to see this:

Here's the second time, again. This further proves that I've completed the mission, and did not leave yet I am being told that I left and being threaten to get sent to the bad sports lobby for leaving due to the crash after completing the mission.

This problem seems to be persistent. I manage to get my level 70, and did a couple of missions until I got the same exact error again as it happen for the fourth time.

Of all of the games that I have installed on my computer not one has given me this error but Grand Theft Auto V.

We are sorry to hear that you are having a problem related to the Bad Sport pool in Grand Theft Auto Online. The Bad Sport pool is triggered by things like quitting games early, blowing up other people’s vehicles, and being reported manually or voted out by other players from the in-game pause menu.
The Bad Sport pool is temporary and ends after a certain period of time that is displayed when entering GTA Online. Please note that the duration of the Bad Sport period may increase if further violations occur while in the Bad Sport pool, including being reported by other players.

This information does not help me in any way. I'm asking for helpful instructions on what to do to prevent the ERR_GFX_D3D_INIT Crash error from appearing while I'm playing your game. This error not only cost me RP points, but also In-game money after completing the contract mission. This happen to me total of 4 times to which I am out of the winnings plus lost of RP. This error also puts me at risk of being put into the bad sports lobby for apparently leaving a mission without completing it.
