brix Posted January 14, 2003 Share Posted January 14, 2003 1)Go to the east island. 2)Get busted stand at the police station. 3)Kill some people and get 4-5 stars. 4)Find a motor cycle (which you may or maynot need) and drive it around the police station til youu find some stairs drive up em and ull find the hellopad with the police helicopter on it.
