I know it kinda looks better off than with it on, but for some reason I feel like it should be on because that's what the default setting is. More flashy, extravagent, neon, etc. Without trails on, it looks a bitmore gloomy, like GTA3. Yes, it does look crappy with it on, but it is only for the feel of 80's.
