Nintendont will never allow this given their track record with the fans and copyright. Best bet is an emulated GTA Advance on android. I'm sure the HUD might return, but with the colors of health + armor changed to pink + cyan to match the 80's atmosphere. But for weapon icons, I don't know. I hope they're not copied over from LCS to VCS, 'cause that would be extremely lazy. I noticed this at the chainsaw, detonator and cellphone textures from mobile, which are the same as on PSP/PS2, but not dark. Even Toni, which has remastered textures, is not as dark as in PSP/PS2.
