Not losing the cops, probably. I use Alta St and go through the building site & over the tram lines. Works every time.

Hey guys, New here. Been playing Gta a while. Tried this, it wouldn't even let me in my apartment. I bought the one right next to the bike stash. Please let me know what I'm doing wrong.

make sure cops don't see you

Thank you guys for the quick responses. I thought I had the correct apartment purchased, guess not. I have the Laguna blvd apartment bought. I'll definitely try again later today. Much appreciated again.

You current apartment is fine! It works. The key is for the owner to stay in the blue light at the door no matter what - and it works eventhough your screen is flashing blue and red. Normally I get in immidiately.

Yeah I checked the alta apartments and something told me not to buy them lol. I checked out a few more videos and people were using my current apartment. Thanks.

No problem. I did it a couple of hours ago and nothing has changed.

^ This is on the 360

K gotcha.

PS4 doesn't seem 2 be an issue.

If you invite all to the apartment next to the bikes, 1 person spawns parachuting half way across the map!!

I used the garage twice tonight. On both occasions it worked perfectly.

I wish it were patched! Stop this insanity!

Players' insistence upon the 'Kuruma escape' is baffling. I have done the Pacific Standard finale more times that I can count and I consistently end up with more cash using bikes and following the designated route than with this absurd exploit with the nearby apartment and Kuruma.

The Kuruma escape often involves;

1. Difficulty entering the apartment which can result in the moneybag getting hit by police while players wait for invitation

2. Police presence at time of exit from vehicle to get to boat which results in additional damage to moneybag.

3. In those cases where the cops aren't at the boat, it's because the driver has crashed the Kuruma down the side of a mountain which damages the moneybag anyway!

Why are you nutters doing this?

Learn to drive a motorcycle. Let the money carrier drive first until you get to the bridge where two cops are forming a roadblock. At that point, let another player drive ahead and kill them as well as third cop waiting near the final checkpoint.

Not only does this render more cash at end of heist, it gives all four players something to do. That was the point of the original design.

Not true when I did it before! OMG!

No one can enter the vehicle when you're outside. You have to buzz everyone in then go to your garage to get in the Kuruma.

Gotcha.

Sorry, but you're wrong. Back during the Heists Update, I set my vehicle access to "Everyone" and drove it out to my friends. They were able to hop in.

Well guess what...they cant anymore, so take the advice or don't. WTF more do you want?

Wrong it's never been that way. They won't have access. You have to leave Los Santos for them to hop in or get them to the underground tunnels and even then it's buggy at best. Best way to do it is as suggested. Invite all your friends to your apt. who are "nearby" and then "All Enter Garage" and then get in an Armored Kuruma or an Insurgent. Drive straight for the Dinghy.

I wish it were patched! Stop this insanity!

Have one person carry the cash and then have them drive a Kuruma or Insurgent. No need for your entire crew to get in. As long as the person whose carrying the cash has the protection the other 3 can get to the Dinghy as they see fit. Also, who are you to tell others how to play? I've completed this heist numerous times with this method and consistently get over $1.2 million, it's easy to do and quick.

Hey outta here, or read my other original posts were I realized you can use an Alta apartment, etc.

There's many methods to use, and the specific one I used doesn't work now, and I realized that, hmm, one week ago. WTF else do you want to hear?

You and Hyperglide forget that when you're the host and your "team" decides that they want to do the Kuruma escape (despite the fact that you have indicated bike escape), they bring the damn cops to the boat and cost everyone money.

There are event maniacs who deliberately destroy the bikes to prevent teammates from using them. If they do that when I host, they shouldn't be surprised when a "hacker has left the game" pops up on their screen.

Please, Rockstar, patch this crap and shut off access to apartments during heists.

Uhm...no.

If you take the kurumu and use Lester route (going through the canyon) and then go off the cliff eith everone inside the car you will then lose your wanted level and if the driver is good, he'll land the car without damage loss.

I actually did pac standard without losing any cash using the kurumu method taking lesterd route.

Ultimate, you can indeed do that but you're still facing those issues involving getting into the apartment, etc. Also, the times that I have been subject to this escape method, there's at least one noob who doesn't know how to run and jump off that cliff. Don't ya just love starting the heist again when you're that close to finishing?

I use this method every single night with friends and we take 1.25 every time.

Even if you are the best bike rider you still lose cash due to being shot by the helicopter or random police car spawns.

If I don't get into my apartment first time I just stand there and it lets me in within about 20 seconds.

I don't know why people hating on others peoples methods they obviously using the best way for them.

if people don't like it when others use the kuruma then f*cking ride your bike but in my experience, I've had people complain about others using the kuruma only to then go and lose a few hundred thousand on the bike.

I don't know why this thread has gotten so long, people should just mind their business and worry about getting themselves there.

Don't like what ransoms do? Play with friends or crew..... Simple.

Read my earlier post. You can't just do your own thing. Kuruma escape disciples ruin it for others (even when they are not hosting) by bringing cops to the boat. I'm still hoping that R* patches this and takes this silly option away.

P.S. Why are you getting shot on the bike? I can do the entire run on a bike without losing a cent.

People in Kuruma don't bring cops to the boat if they reach the bridge. As said by others, there are multiple methods. If you don't like it, use a bike.

If you're playing with someone who's done the Karuma thing it's so painfully easy I can't understand why someone would argue with it.

I get it's not your thing, but to deny it's painfully easy is straight up retarded. I do it with guys who run it like a job, and we consistently end with 1.22-1.25 with absolutely no stress or effort.

It beats me why some people can't see that 4 guys together in a f*cking armored car is better and safer than 4 guys out in the open on bikes, where they are getting shot and police cars can suddenly spawn right in front of them and take down even the best bikers.

People in my car always say "that's much easier than the bikes", when we do this.

I do believe that some people can do it relatively safely on the bikes, but there are SO few of you. Using the garage and Kuruma you can even do it safely with low levels and randoms.

If you fail when trying to get to the boat your kuruma disappears from the garage

That happened to me.

I went to Tinsel Towers Apt. 29 and drove out with my Kuruma. Someone died seconds later and we had to restart. Went to my garage again and the Kuruma was missing. Went outside, then back inside, and nothing. Didn't want to take another car, so I just did it with the motorcycle. lol

The car just disappears for the heist, you don't completely lose it.

PS3 by the way.

serieusly so many times it has been said that you wont get shot while entering the boat if you used the kurumu method + lesters route yet people still say that you will lose cash with the kurumu... Dafuq
