I honestly can't figure out the f*ck you're trying to say, or what you want. YES, the old way of being able to simply enter someone else's Kuruma outside is patched. But you can still get in if you go in their garage.

You repeatedly say how you did it "before" and there is your answer; it worked BEFORE. Now it doesn't.

Hey, that's all I was trying to tell you. I was telling you that my method I used to do DID EXIST, but you denied it.

What? I'm just about done wasting my time here, this thread really is crap.

First of all, I never denied sh*t. I told you the first time that it doesn't work anymore, garage method does work.

Second, if you were trying to tell ME that it worked before (even though I already knew that, that's what I was telling you) then what even was the point of the thread? It doesn't work anymore. It worked before. What answer do you want, man!?

I was asking if it still worked, and I found out later on in the thread that it didn't, not when I posted it. (Logic.)

Edit: Stop playing dumb Choppers. You denied what I originally posted as if I was lying when you agreed with Kush. You said earlier that it wasn't possible, and when I proved you wrong, you completely changed your story.

Damn OP, listen to Kushology. You can't have teammates get in unless you all enter in the garage, simple as that. I did it today, XB1. The other way hasn't worked for a while.

Good lord. This has been quite possibly the dumbest thing I've experienced on here. You've quoted my first post again and again, but you apparently aren't reading that last bit very clearly.

The other way. Hasn't worked. For a while. Now tell me, where did I deny something's existence? I told you what works, and what use to work.

Also please don't tell me how you "proved me wrong" or any of that nonsense - You didn't prove anything, bud. If I told you it didn't work anymore and that's the answer you wanted, what exactly am I wrong about?

I was just asking a simple question, and it turned into a huge debate over whether or not I was "making stuff up" or not. The method of getting a Kuruma and driving out of your garage and picking others up used to work. I later found out during the thread's history that it was no longer possible. It would have been nice just to hear that from a member instead of this "You're wrong, that was never possible" attitude, and further provoking something that could have been answered in a few words.

To Choppers, you keep on provoking this argument when I was just asking a simple question to begin with, and all I was doing was backing up my points.

To everyone else, sorry that you had to read through this bullsh*t.

But you know what, had you just told me Choppers that the method no longer worked TO BEGIN WITH, then I would have said "Ok, thanks." But you further insisted that the method NEVER worked in the past, and that I was making something up, or lying on the GTAForums.

I'm ending the argument now Choppers. I don't care what you have to say after, but I was just asking a simple question that all it needed was a simple answer. Not the bullsh*t to follow.

Happened to me as well. The only solution to this is to get everyone into your garage and enter the vehicle there..

Alright, thanks. That's the only reply that was needed. I didn't realize my method I used got patched. Thanks.

Lol, finally this endless bickering stops. I don't see where I ever told you it wasn't possible before, and like I said last time, in my first post I said that it "Use to work."

But eh, you got your answer so that's all that matters. I hope your future heists are armored and your day goes well. Now let's hug it out. :)

No problem, just make sure no one exits the car when you leave the garage, otherwise that person cannot re-enter the vehicle.

People dont NEED to go into your garage in order to enter. If you have a alta apt, just make everone wait at the bikes while you ferch your kuruma, then pick them up.

Yes you do, otherwise if players try to get in the vehicle it will say "<Username> has restricted access" even though the driver allows players to enter the car.

lol..that's how it's always been for me. No one was able to get in, at all. No matter if they waited there or not.

This worked in the past, yes.

Saturday, 6/13/15 at 2200 - It does not. Tested multiple times with multiple people.

The team I was hiesting with also felt a couple things were different and the cops were more OP with instant spawns, and no we didn't kill any hostages nor did the Noose involved.

I'm not here to bicker, but to say what my game experience was last night.

Take it or leave it...

If you want people to enter your kurumu, this is how you do it:

Everbody except the kurumu driver get on a bike and wait there,
The guy eith the kurumu drives to alta street spt garage amd retrieve car
Head back to the bike stand and pick the othermup.

This always works for me.

I'm sorry but thats not true. The method I describef still works after the update. If it doesn't work according for you, then why did it work for me? Edited by UltimateAntic

Apparently players will start being able to get inside your personal vehicle if you're outside the city. Either that or just get everyone inside your garage.

NO! OMG! EVERYONE HAS TO BE IN THE GARAGE. IT'S BEEN SAID OVER AND OVER AND OVER.

Not true when I did it before! OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And I don't need to to use the garage method for myself; I'm helping others who are having trouble.

This is the way me and my friends do it, one of us will invite the other 3 players to our garage, then you'll be able to access the Kuruma

What I think is the big problem here is that you don't tell whether you're on XB1, PS4 or PC when you write what you used to do. What is possible on one platform may not be possible on another. That is causing a lot of unnessecary confusion.

pc here

entering the kuruma after you've left the garage seems to be hit and miss. its never worked for me but i hear it has for others, like some of you are saying. but its clearly an unnecessary risk.

nothing has changed with igg, it functions just as 'reliable' as it did before.

imo, if you take too long between getting on the bikes, triggering the 'get to the canyon' message, and getting to the apartment door, then chances are the cops have got close enough so you cannot even enter. killing all close cops can sometimes give u another chance to enter and invite the others in.

inviting other in the apartment is the risk free way of doing it, so why bother driving out and trying to pick them up. we know that 'could' fail.

i wouldnt say anything was patched, its just always been buggy.

if players can get in once you've left the city, they are almost half way to the boat already, so not much point in getting in the kuruma then.

i did it 3 times with kuruma yesterday, from the apartment next to the bikes with no failures.
also did it using bikes a few times as the host wanted to make it more 'fun'. (nothin fun about grinding the same sh*t either way imo, i just want the money. why risk loosing some so i have to do it again.)
why make it hard

For me the kurumu tactic always works as long as I get it from my ALTA STREET APT while the others wait at the bike stand

The only method that is consistent is the bikes combined with a good off road route. It doesn't require a lot of skill, its a sunday afternoon ride in the country and can be done without losing cash

bikempaf_zpsibojygmv.png

Video and full break down link in sig

However, the kuruma method works well from the apartment near the building site with the ramp entrance to the garage. Take a bike each south, head through the building site to shake the cops then drive down the ramp and enter one at time. Get in the car inside and drive to the dinghy. Of course you still have to deal with the cops while transferring to the boat which can be counter productive

This was shown to me recently ( by a member Gridl0k ) and is the only kuruma method I have seen to have any degree of consistency

Not looking to get in to a debate just sharing what I have learnt, on xb1 if that matters

EDIT was post igg

Done the second several times and experimented a bit to see what worked/what didn't. I've had the guys defend themselves from the cops at the bikes' location; Tinsel Towers is even too close. My closest apartment for Kuruma/Insurgent storage for Pacific Standard is Richards Majestic, which worked like a charm.

There is actually a garage right next to where the bikes are kept but it's only a 4 car garage

It's more or less not wanting to loose $500,000 or the random cop car spawns or phyically impossible u-turns that throw you off your bike before you can even react

I have the same experience. Getting near the apartment after the patch instantly makes a ridiculous amount of cops spawn there, along with choppers spawning literally on top of you so that you're automatically in sight. Not just that, but the few times I've done it after the patch NOOSE will spawn all along the way when using the Kuruma. Doesn't matter if they were called during the bank part, they seem to be there anyway.
