MrFizixHD Posted June 13, 2015 Share Posted June 13, 2015 (edited) I had this issue, and found out it was because GTA V was blocked in my firewall for whatever reason.I fixed it by going to the start menu (start screen in windows 8/.1) and I searched for windows firewall with advanced security. Once you're there, go to inbound rules on the right panel and delete the rule for GTA5. Then go to outbound rules and delete GTA5 from there too.
