Greetings from the Trogletti Family. We are a new Crime Family still in the infancy stage of development and are looking to grow. This posts first priority is recruitment. Second, advertisement.

 

Recruiting:

 

So far, the Family merely consists of the Don (a British associate of mine) and the Underboss (myself, American). We have a few potential Capos in processing for recruitment, and are in need of soldiers. Must meet the following requirements:

Loyal

Respectful

Shows honor and pride

Self respectful

At least rank 50 (exceptions can be made)

Answer for us the following questions:

Xbox Live Gamertag?

Skills?

Equipment?

What can you offer the Family?

What do you expect to gain from the Family?

 

 

 

 

Family Rules:

 

The Don's word is law.

 

Honor yourself, honor the Family.

 

Respect yourself, respect your Family.

 

When partaking in Family business of any kind, dress nice. Wear a suit. Wear a tie. Look good. Look professional. Act professional. Represent us well.

 

Serve the interests of the Family first, and your pockets second.

 

You take care of the Family, and the Family will take care of you.

 

This is more than a brotherhood. You're Family, each one of us is now blood, and will be treated as such.

 

Any disputes between Family members will be judged by the Don, or the Underboss on the Don's behalf.

 

All hits on rival Family members must be mob-style to be recognized as an official hit (no weaponized vehicles, no minigun, no explosives, with the exception of c4 planted beforehand). After the hit, you must honk 3 times (if in a car) and return to your condo without dying. Once there, message whoever staged the hit, and it's official.

 

Only the Don or the Underboss may sanction hits on high ranking rival Family members.

 

If a Capo or lower wishes to sanction a hit on ANY member of another family, it must be approved by the Don or the Underboss.

 

Don't be greedy. All takes must be given out equally (heists at least split 40,20,20,20), unless instructed otherwise by the member taking a smaller cut.

 

If you betray your Family, you will be terminated.

 

Termination means death.

 

 

 

 

Advertisement:

 

We are still small as of today, just two hitmen looking to make a few dollars, but have a lot of potential. We are open to any alliances or family structures. Our best service as of now is serving as a third party hit crew between disputing families. Pulling off a mob-style hit, they'll know it was a family. But they won't know who. The hit can even follow specific details. (How do you want them killed?) We are also open to any other jobs given by any family.
