help needed for newbie to gta online

Ive played all the gta games throughout the years, but never played online before last week when I upgraded my 360 for an xbox one. I finished story mode in gta 5 last summer and Im now playing the gta online which Im enjoying. Problem is I cant make money fast enough. I did some heists, robbed some stores and managed to get an apartment for 80 grand. Next I bought a bike for 40000, took it out and got killed. I was on my way to los santos customs to fit it with a tracker and insurance. Now I cant get it back. I need to make money fast to enhance my experience. I hear last man standing is good for money, snipers vs stunters.

 

How do I get into this on xbox one. I went to last man standing on the map, but I have no option. Does it unlock at a certain level. Im only level 12

 

Any help ?

As far as I know if you buy a vehicle from the online stores it automatically comes with a tracker and insurance so you shouldn't have lost it. Snipers vs Stunters and Rockets vs Insergents etc are user created Last Team Standing jobs so they aren't ranked locked. They won't be available to select from the job menu I don't think or they won't appear on the map unless you've bookmarked them on the social club website or done so after you've played the job. I think that is right anyway, I apologise if I'm getting this wrong. I tend to get invites for those kind of jobs quite a lot though so you're sure to get an invite in time.

 

Your best bet to make money at your low level would be to either give flight school a try if you're a decent pilot or just keep farming contact missions like Pier Pressure and Death Metal. At level 15 you'll unlock survivals as well and although these might be a bit tricky for you at your level if you don't have much experience you can invite other high level players who can do the heavy lifting for you. These pay out £30,000 if you complete them. Right now there is also double cash on offer for playing the adversary mode so you could try that too.

If you bought the bike then it already has a tracker and insurance on it, Open up your phone and call Mor Multal Insurance and you'll get your car back.

 

Did you the tutorial? If so you should already own a car as well

Thanks for the tips. Got my bike back. Just rang the insurance company and claimed. Will remember that in the future. Gonna go and grind out some cashand get enough for some decent wheels
