Back when everyone had everything so there was nothing to work for which made the game boring as hell.

Back when you had no idea if a player was in a tank by looking at the map which made them annoying as f*ck

Back when there were no heists.

Back when you couldn't have more than 1 apartment.

Back when you couldn't have more than 1 saved outfit.

Back then when you completed a mission and wanted to jump into another one but instead you only had parachuting, races, and deathmatches to choose from without going back to freeroam.

I stopped playing this game for almost a year because of the first point I mentioned. I'm definitely enjoying it more now.

R* is dumb as sh*t. They state in an update that all fun/non game breaking glitches will remain and continue to patch all of them every update.

Anyone still see God mode around? Yet I cannot set an outfit with just a bandana......f*ck off.

They never said all of them would remain you dumb sh*t. They said they're open to keeping them. Meaning that they will consider it.

And then they proceeded to never consider it at all...even later re-patching the one specific glitch they unpatched. Yeah...great...

It might suck or be frustrating when that happens but I was just pointing out that it's bullsh*t that they "said" they'd keep them. They never said that. Just that they'd consider it basically. Whether or not they do is up to them but it's stupid to bitch about how they "said" they'd keep them when they never did.

The good old days. As if GTA:O is thirty years old.

Always funny how people look back to a period not too long ago and talk about how those were the golden days, where everyone was cool and there was no immaturity, before kids and hipsters filled the community and made it all go bad.

You're fooling yourself. Nostalgia, rose-tinted glasses or whatever the expression is and all that stuff. A lot of glitches have been killed, content has been added, people haven't changed. It's still the same game.

You're the reason GTA Online is the way it is. Developers catering to small minded folk who have no concept of imagination and freedom within an open world sandbox game.

Players like you who have to have everything spoon-fed to them in order to feel like you're having fun. Everything being structured with far too many rules and regulations.

It's sad to see the direction GTA Online is taking, it really is.

Cheers!

Next time we can converse without personal insults perhaps.

In fact they absolutely stated non harmful glitches will remain.

I was there for the crappy launch, the "stimulus package", the billionaire days, all of it.

Who remembers what they spent their stimulus package on?

Rockstar designed GTAO like this far before any of us had any f*cking influence on it. You know it was like this when it released? Players didn't have any f*cking influence on that. It's the experience Rockstar envisioned and wanted players to have. They aren't catering to some unknown small group of people who never had anything like this before to even ask for it to enjoy.

Prove it. The only statement that has even been shown on Rockstar's site has been that they're open to keeping things. I guaran-f*cking-tee you they never said they'd keep all of any glitches, just because it covers their ass in case they do need to remove it for some reason.

I'm sorry...but no they didn't. I haven't found the exact note yet in the patch notes but IIRC the exact wording they used was that they were open to it...not that they would.

I remember the very first day of online, barely anyone could get on and you were stuck waiting for the race lamar set up.

I remember when the Entity dominated super races.

I remember the hype for the beach bum DLC.

I remember the first criminal records glitch to get tons of RP.

Those were the days.

"The good old days....

when you could take your 747 out for a few laps around the city

0_04.jpg

Sell Franks Buff MKII for $156,000

0_0_1.jpg

Bring all the Single Player character cars online

SP_Heros.jpg

you now simply can buy them of the website for an pretty cheap price

and because of that we also got rid of most of the special snowflake kids that didn't realy love their car for what it was

I didn't know you could buy a 747.

nope, because it flying around caused lag

First day disconnections, while I created someone highly resembling Britney Spears on the Ps3. Spent only Two Hours with her as she started to walk in the air and the Cloud kicked her Identity out and never again existed.

I hope you learn Rockstar, I hope you learn good...

I remember when people were excited for the Beach Bum DLC

When cars were rare and hard to find

Billion Dollars..

The IP Glitches for Collector Edition. Money. XP

Being able to place 1 billion dollar bounties on people.

No Blips

Being able to store Tanks, Modded vehicles

People being nice and letting you explore with them

No squeakers

Amazing Game Breaking Glitches

The old days, I really miss it. Rockstar now just wants the money. They patch all the 'fun' glitches and we can't even use any more modded vehicles that don't really have an effect to Online. It really does suck to see how much this game has changed, a online deathmatch with no one to talk to but squeakers and kinect mics. I'll miss being able to buy everything I wanted and being able to place 1000000000000000 Dollar bounties on people for fun. Those were the days... R.I.P

I laugh at you Sir.

Old days was sh*t.

Glitching money is even more sh*t.

I ha

Some players try play clean and im one of them.

But as in life in general, there is always some losers who is trying to find an easy way to make money and afraid of doing some hard physical work.

I have to disagree. What made the old days great was that everybody participated in whatever because the game was new there were always full lobbies in a deathmatch. It was no problem to get a full 16 player lobby like the commute. Lobby wars were rare although there were plenty of griefers(oh how I hate those jackasses) then after the high life update was when things got slow. Like you I am also a clean player I hate when I'm in a Looby and all of all of a sudden some preteen gets on the mike "yo you wanna glitch some money?" They all sound the same in my head I see some chubby lil fat ass with a Justin beiber type bowl cut. I remember when some idiot mass glithced and gave a lot of gamers billions around the first Christmas update on old gen. I sent in a ticket to rockstar with the quickness because I knew I would get bored quick with all that money and I wanted my experience with this game to be my money's worth.

Thank you for confirming exactly what I said.

"In general, we are open to keeping unintended ‘glitches’ in the game if players enjoy them and they aren’t causing any negative impact to gameplay or fairness in any way."

They are open to it. The meaning of this is to consider it. Not guarantee it. You obviously don't really understand what is being said and simply take what you want from it.

I miss having the mechanic physically deliver the car to me

I miss having the space docker in my garage

I miss cars that use to be rare and were not sold online

I miss when glitches took 2 minutes and gave 200k instead of 15 minutes for 180k

I miss Having epic tank battles with 6 other people shaking the entire city

I miss being able to fly aircrafts in peace

I miss being able to play rockstar races/deathMatches with out joining sh*t creator ones

I miss being able to have a tow truck

I miss DNS mods

I miss when things weren't all over priced

I miss having sniper battles with out anyone using a full auto sniper

I miss when the the assault shot gun worked properly

LOL i was there also,

The first thing i spent my Stimulus money on was a, Apt at Tinsel Towers, I spent a lot of time driving around looking and read the descriptions of each 10 Car Apt and picked the one at Tinsel because it said it came with a Man cave ...only to find out later that all Apts in that class (2 car 6 car 10 car) were the exact same on the inside....

The rest i used on buying a Banshee and got lucky because i got the hardtop version

Sitting on your ass playing video games all day is hard work? Let's be careful about who we call loser...and isn't the point of this game to be a criminal? If anything, money glitchers beat the game.

I'd laugh at you, but your post is so sad it's not even funny.
