Pretty much everybody has the green shirt now. I believe it is intended to work the same way that achievement worked in IV. A contagious award.

 

Also, the chances of anyone playing with a real dev are slim to none.

 

The people in Livestreams are not devs. They are just the livestream people. They know jack sh*t about the game and usually can't play well.

or how about a cage that appears and traps you as soon as you enter your apartment? It just happened to me. I couldn't reach the door to exit, so I just switched sessions.

Still not sure why Tyler is in the RSG Crew. If you don't know him, he's the owner of The GTA Base. Even if he worked for Rockstar, wich is not impossible, I don't see why he would be in that Crew with his personnal account.
