I'm on 360 and playing in a solo session I have seen people riding jetskis, swimming, working out, and other activities I've only seen in single player. Is this new?

Rockstar added things to match GTA Online with Singleplayer. For example, the strippers are now topless, so expect kids to get a little excited when first seeing them.

Ive only played on PS3 and PS4 but no this has always been in solo sessions

That too. But yeah, it seems like Rockstar added a few new things, but it's probably nothing new since you're playing in a solo session.

Yea definitely not new. My favorite side activity has always been going to the beach and picking fights with the weight lifters, sniping people on boats, and trying to punch people while they're in the water.
