I don't think he deserved that yt. - the dude says he has cheats on his site, and that's what he gives us - I don't see anything wrong with the site; dull yes, but we can see what he's trying to get over to us - which is the cheats... It's just with my site - nothing too eye-catching or decorative; just I give (and will be giving) lots of info about Vice City to you - at least the point is put across Keep it up Suth.
