Where Origins of Special Vehicles?

I have questions, where the original Special Vehicles on GTA, and why Rockstar create Special Vehicles in all GTA Series? Please Answer

They are scripted to be like this in the 3D Era so you don't destroy a Mission Scripted Vehicle...For instance, a lot of times, a Vehicle will be FP when you have a passenger in them, so that passenger will not come out. A lot of the Race Vehicles in VC and SA, for instance, are all FP and they make them like this so you can't force the drivers out of the car to win the Races easier. They do this for a reason.

 

Unfortunately, in the HD Era, the Proof Vehicles are gone. This stuff only exists in III, VC, SA, LCS, VCS, and CTW.
