How easly is it to get banned?

I accedentaly picked up like 80k from a modder and don't really want to get banned, but how much do you have to pick up before being noticed and banned?

Send a support ticket to Rockstar and explain to them the situation. They'll hopefully remove the 80k and leave your account be.

Rockstar wont ban your account for picking up money from the hacker. but they will take the money away.

You always have the option of turning of the system/exit game without saving. Some clown dropped 300k on me like 6 months ago and as soon as I noticed I shut the system down, rebooted, and the money didn't save. I advise this in the future, also Hackers/modders/script babies and the like, either can't or don't (usually) mess around in missions, deathmatches and things of that nature (although I have seen it a few times) it is rare, in my experience at least. So the less you are in freeroam, the less you will run into this, plus you will rank up fast and make $$$$ the right way.

There is no need to do this, In fact R* has already said they will not ban people for picking up money if anything they'll remove the money so no need to contact R* it only creates more traffic and distract from people who need legit help

You won't get banned. The modder probably will and your cash will be taken away so spend it while you can.
