Help me with graphics card please.

Hi. My online gameplay is suffering from a lagging issue, but its only stopping me playing fine enough where races are concerned. I always end up miles behind the others so cannot progress modding car.

 

I run low settings on a 4mb wireless internet connection but I know that isnt the issue as I took it to a mates 130mb connection and it was exactly the same.

Pc is an i3, with 2k or 2.5k intel hd graphics, you know the ones. Obviously the problem in my noob eyes.

..and 8gb ram

 

I only play GTA games and WoW (WoW runs good) so dont want to spend more than £50ish? on a card that will run the game good for me. I have NO idea on what to look for in graphics cards.

Only minor improvements. You wont get a decent card for £50 - sorry to say that. You can try to hunt used cards on ebay. For that money you might get something like a Radeon HD 7770 or a GeForce GTX 560/ 560 Ti.

 

And even the mentioned cards will struggle with GTA 5.

Ok, thanks. Maybe ill save for something decent.I dont need max settings, just smooth gameplay.

Well depends on the money you want to spend.
