They just continue to punish the modest cheaters or honest players of the game by making items insanely priced, doing nothing to punish the non stop line of random heist trollers and just generally making the game an annoying frustrating experience for anyone not out for the lulz, Thats why people have a ton of glitched money cause Rstar doesnt give a funk, there mighty ban hammer has still yet to swing and all they ever did was reset the billions in the first month of gtao. Not to mention getting into bad sport seems to require a pope level assassination. If they want us to run wild than stop fixing our money making methods.

 

Im not going to be mad at modders/glitchers since Rstar are the ones with the power to do something about it and they continue to do nothing to punish those whose goal it is to make this game less enjoyable for the rest of us.

I wouldn't say I'm poor online. Just coming up to the $2.000.000 mark. I actually blame myself for being poor sometimes. I would buy car and use it once, sell it and buy another. I mean come on, I sold my Furore GT that was fully modded so I could buy a Dashound, which again, I don't use. In total, according to my stats, I have made just under $40.000.000.

lmao people thinking it is cheaters or shark cards to blame for high prices. the game has been out for how long? and you think people will not have money by now? new players? same thing only they have not put the time in to build their bank account. also like stated before me. these things are status symbols, so they are not going to be cheap. every new update has high priced vehicles, but yet people still buy them anyway and i see no change from that trend anytime soon.

I'm retired now I make all my money from heist and missions etc... So I guess im legit and a glitcher if I have to be labeled but I still make millions so you can say I spent $60 mill on this dlc out of my mission money. Its no excuse for being broke get over it

Seeing how my friends wasted the CM millions it is no wonder. Changing the spraypaint every day, not selling a car every day, ever lasting free roam battles, blowing up pv's.

 

The new dlc is just the same cars-clothes-and-a-gun update. The prices are bloated, that is all. Did it stop people from trying to buy it? No. The Osiris became a status symbol since it is so expensive. And it is just a Zentorno in disguise.

I think this dlc got expensive stuff because of the criminal mastermind+challenge+heist money floating around. People have had 10+ million plus who knows how much to spend. I think this dlc was designed with that in mind.

Yea I can't drive my Osiris during heist set up missions. They always try to short me by saying I don't need the money and they need a bigger percentage because they want to save up and by the car so I drive a Jackel during heist lol.

 

How I look at it if you need to save up to buy the Osiris then you cant afford it. You cant live above your means thats why so many players are broke

You're so completely wrong, the stuff is expensive so you'll spend your heist money. Think about it, why else would you buy a ten million dollar Luxor that is no different from a regular Luxor except for the paint job? Extravagance, that's why, it's being able to buy something that most players can't afford which makes the purchase more exclusive and "special".

 

*side note* The only thing I found worth while was the Osiris.

It grinds people's gears because they can't afford it, I'd say. That's maybe not always the case but it seems to be a case of the "have nots" getting jealous of the "haves" mostly. I could buy one, if I felt it was worth it but, I didn't get this much money in my bank by pissing it away on dumb sh*t lol. There are lots of ways to save or just not spend that hard-earned if you're smart enough, and spending 10mil on a "gold" jet that has some extra animations isn't the way to do it, heh.

 

The sad thing about all this is that it's really only the cheaters that'll get the most outta this latest dlc, while the legit players look on in envy. Who knows, maybe that was R*'s point?

Minus the overpriced Flying Gold Dildo, there's nothing that highly prices IMHO. I have a male and female character and bought all the gun skins, cars and outifts I liked and spent around $12 million, that's the CM challenge and a couple of weeks of heists.

 

I agree with those pointing the finger at Free Mode bandits. YES Rockstar charge a premium for everything but the more time you spend blowing money on ammo and destroying personal vehicles, the more you're going to struggle in GTA.

 

Focus on missions, always do them on hard, make sure you spend 10 minutes per mission, maximize your take, focus on Fleeca and Pacific Standard, stop wasting money on ammo in freemode, stop blowing up personal vehicles and you'll soon be rolling in cash.

prices have been high since very early in gtao, every update increase the price of the good stuff.

 

it being increasing for some time now, i knew this update would be expensive when i saw that they rised the cealing with the heist update Live A Little "spend 8millions in vehicles" Trophy, i knew they were out for our money.

 

the Ill Gotten high prices came at no surprise, well i was thrown a bit off by the obscene prices but not surprised, i expect this to become the norm.

 

my expenses per update...

Valentines= 2.3millions

Business= 3.1millions

High Life= 4.7millions

Hipster= 1.4millions

Independence= 1.9millions

Flight School= 5.2millions

Last Team= 700k

Heist= 9.7millions

Ill Gotten= 5millions

 

the Osiris now holds the record as the most expensive land vehicle in the game, i have a feeling Ill Gotten part 2 would brings a new "time limited" super car with a huge pricetag.

 

legits would blame this hyperinflation on cheaters but the truth is that this is nothing but a huge push for the cashcard.
