i'm not sure if i can but if any of those i'd like to have just for the clothing and what not.

You can access with mods on it, though - anyway, isn't that Online stuff?

They were limited time for a reason, your best bet would be to wait for it to show up again (though I'm not sure if the Valentine's Day update will return since it didn't show up this year).

 

And perhaps with a modded console you can PROBABLY have access to it.

i love how people assume you can easily mod your console. what is it with this? no im not good at modding nor do i know how, i live in a small town in portugal there's no resorces for me to mod my console. I was just hoping i could install the dlc's through rockstar's website through the game on archives or something.

Calm down, They though you were on PC...

 

If you really want the V-Day stuff you could contact a recovery service on 7Sins but it's not free
