This is a videogame.

 

Its not like your world is run by a load of inbred rich assholes hoarding 90%+ of the wealth in GTA land... you know....

 

Like REAL life?

 

At least in GTA online you can still achieve that Osiris or golden Luxor.... yes it will take time, money or ingenuity but it is possible...

That's the nice thing about the old-gen consoles: we get to play with all that stuff from the update (in story mode) without paying for any of it.

Ive been around the forums since launch, and yes every update reveals more butthurt but this one takes the cake....

 

I cant believe how many people are mad/disappointed. And how many threads have to be made that say the same tired rant -

" f*ckin cockstar. They fix harmless ______ and nerf _____ while buffing ______ and then all we get new is some lame _______ and more useless ______. What is so wrong with _______ or ______. f*ck you Cockstar im done with you ________ _______ sh*t game..... untill ______ arrives then all will be right and good in the world. "

 

Cmon guys, if its not fun just dont play. If it is fun, enjoy the fun, start threads about the fun! BE THE FUN.

That's the nice thing about the old-gen consoles: we get to play with all that stuff from the update (in story mode) without paying for any of it.

But you can't smoke cigars inside the luxor on old gen. $10 million dollar cigars.

The issue is online prices. Everyone's story mode characters are filthy rich already. Free or not in story, it doesn't really matter.

Ive got 'enough' GTA $ to buy a couple golden luxor and im not going to buy one.

 

Thats the thing, im smart enough to not get 'ripped off' and im also smart enough to not get furious about optional content that, in the end, means nothing to how much fun I have... and now im having with my new cars, trench coats, tattoos and earrings.

I have enough to also and i'm also smart enough to understand what R* is doing. I have played GTA since the original GTA was new. After playing and supporting R* on every single GTA for almost 20 years now and then watching R* go from making fun of company practices to commiting the same type of practices themselves, i have every right to be upset with the direction lol

I had this hater hating on my Osiris cause it was parked outside a store with the door wide open. After I was done buying all the cloths I went back outside and I knew this guy was going to try to take me out so I stay far from my car and then it made it explode. That dude scream on the mic 24k wtf. He drove by fast, but I couldn't kill him since he was in a armored kuruma.

Oh I full agree with you on micro-transactions, as all of my 'gains' are 'ill-gotten' *wink wink* but I know that shrek kerds are the work of the publisher, not the dev.

 

I dont hate rockstar for being in a competitive industry and having to toe the line, and I wouldnt pay for these content updates if I had to, as I believe in paying once for a game...

 

The way I see it, I just happen to love the same game as the useless morons that buy whatever is advertised. ... so I have to deal with the effect of that cause and hopefully find my own way to enjoy the greatest game ever made...

I own the Osiris and it's very nice, but it's not 2 million dollars nice. I wouldn't mind trying those First Person animations on the Luxor if they're on last gen (Which I doubt) but otherwise, it's a gold plane with nothing going for it but an empty status symbol. If I'm going to buy something in Online, I want it to have a use beyond empty bragging rights in a video game.
