Prison Break - Station issue

I want to know if anyone else has encountered this problem:

 

Last night my friends and I were doing the entire Prison Break heist. When we got to the station set up, I was on the cargo ship role and 2 of my friends did the station role. Everything was going smooth until they got back into the cop car after collecting the objective in the station.

 

The cop car would not move. The headlights were on but there was no engine sound. The car was in the middle of the road in front of the station with nothing surrounding or blocking it from moving. They tried ramming it with another car and it was as if they were driving into a wall, wouldn't budge.

 

So we left the set up and restarted it from the beginning and the SAME thing happened. We did not try switching roles. All they have is pistols so they couldn't try blowing it up there but I'm pretty sure the set up would be failed anyway since the objective is to take it next to Lester's warehouse first before blowing it up.

 

My cargo ship friend and I started making our way back to the station after the delivering the car but I ended up losing connection.

 

It was getting late so we decided to call it a night after the 2nd try. The frustrating thing is I'm helping them do criminal mastermind so we're literally stuck. This is the first time we're doing this heist AFTER the Ill Gotten Update. We're on xbox one. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, did you find a solution?
