Question about playlist.......

Is there a way to add Contact missions to a playlist? Say for example make a playlist with all of the short jobs like: The Blow Up series, Violent Duct Etc.

Yes, there must be.

 

Because, just last night, I assisted some randoms doing a playlist of missions like the ones you've mentioned.

There was a time when it was possible, but then they removed the ability to add missions to playlists, and they also deleted all those playlists.
Although a couple weeks ago, I received an invite to a coveted playlist, so I checked my playlists, and my coveted playlist was back as well.
Still, there's only a few missions you can do this with, they're not exactly the same as the other regular missions, because you can play them by going into one of those job circles you find in free mode, but they're only available at a certain time. You will also always spawn in the same place, instead of other missions where you'll spawn where you started them.
These missions are called freemode co-op missions. A few examples are Coveted, Potshot and Crystal Clear Out.

I like soloing Crystal Clearout, either with the tank or the hydra.
