Th3MaN1 Posted June 12, 2015 Share Posted June 12, 2015 It's possible that the 4th one is also a "Strangers and Freaks" side-mission, but hidden because you're already involved in another one. As far as I can recall, it can happen. Either way, you shouldn't stress yourself too much about it. What you can do will be shown clearly on the map. You can find her directly across form Franklins house in front of the liquor store. I had trouble with this too the first time playing.
