Can't replay missions(SP) and can't open Internet

I wanna replay some cooler missions in SP and when I choose Replay then what mission it shows "ALERT! When you end replay you will go to your last spawn location[or something like that]) and I press OK, then text will come up again, I press OK again and so on so on so on.

 

Then when I finally press B(on Xbox) then my character freezez(cant choose phone,weapons etc) only NPCs can do that.

 

 

Its been like that for months

 

 

 

For secondly I cant open internet when I do internet closes, GPS will dissapear and cant switch characters)

 

Yes I'am using latest title update and internet connection
