Every time I try to sell a car now the game says I cant sell anymore cars today even if I havent sold any cars yet. Is this a glitch or a new rule? Just started after the new update. Any help would be appreciated. Thankyou.

Could be both (since you stated you haven't sold a car yet), the latest update added a feature where you can only sell 6 cars per real-life day.. don't think it affects personal vehicles.

 

Try waiting a few more hours or trying again tomorrow to sell a vehicle, if it still says you cannot sell anymore today then you should probably contact Rockstar Support.

Waiting did not work out for me. I was not able to sell any cars the last 2 days because of the same issue. Either Rockstar heavily restricted carsales or its a bug.
