Save for the Osiris or not? (worth it?)

I got the osiris and is good but i take the turismo

Op, I have every super but the Voltic and the Bullet (I have some standards after all). Is this the fastest? With no real speedo, it's all perception. The Zen makes a lot of noise and acts twitchy which leads most to think they are going faster. My only problem with the Zen is it's tough to squeeze through traffic and it's fugly. The Osiris is fast, no doubt. The high insurance cost is bonus F U to the fr trash that can't target smaller than car sized targets. It's a good looking car. I bought mine because I have money and nothing to spend it on. I am not a racer in GTA because most players are not either, they just don't know it. If you are looking for a race car, there are no great cars, just great drivers. A mission/work car? Your friends will not be happy if you carelessly park and they blowup your car. I would keep saving and try and drive a fully modded Osiris and see for yourself. If you are on the lowly PS3, I'd be happy to let you take for an hour while I rob stores, fondle strippers or something. Worth the money? That is completely up to you.

I ditched my Zentorno for it.

25 k insurance bill plus it isn't a ugly sh*t car like the Zentorno.

 

I hope an even expensiver car comes in part 2 just to see the face of people who can only kill with explosives.

yes it's worth it, but personally i'd go for the stirling, looks better and definitely sounds better

Nah don't bother it's sh*t and waste of cash especially when they will bring another out in part 2.

 

You got an adder and zentorno it's not even like there's a major speed difference between the adder and osiris. I'd just wait and see what part 2 brings.

 

And YES I own one before anyone tries calling me a broke hater and it now sits in my garage gathering dust....

It is not noticeably faster than the Zentorno and Entity, if it even is faster.

 

The car looks nice and is up there with the fastest in the game, but my problem with it is the sh*t armor on it. It has that stupid back hatch that breaks off like the Turismo R does that makes it vulnerable. I fully upgraded one in SP with 100% armor and got blown up by the cop after like 5 minutes of them shooting it. If you really like the looks and want the exclusivity of it then I guess go for it, but I think it's way too much considering the Entity and Zentorno compare in performance, and are far more durable while being less than half the cost.

It's worth it to me because I enjoy racing (and winning). That's also where you'll notice its superior performance, not so much in freemode.

 

Am I the only one who thinks this car doesn't feel that fast?

It's because the handling is so good. If you're absolutely flooring it with a Zentorno or whatever, you really have to focus when turning to avoid spinning out or smashing into traffic. The Osiris is also a very quiet car. Edited June 16, 2015 by T.V. Eye

I have 7 friend who bought it, 5 have sold it. It is no better looking or performnace wise (maybe MINIMALLY better) than the Zentorno which is a fraction of thr price. I have a Zentorno and Turismo and will not be getting an Osiris and I can easily afford it.

I absolutely love driving this car, I drive it as much as I can in free roam trying to get people to constantly blow me up in hopes of making them broke before the next update, I can't help but laugh when I follow the same guy for 30 minutes and he blows me up 8-10 times. I don't think most people know how much the insurance cost is yet
