Say as if your about to fly through an intersection and you see there's another car coming perpendicularly, and honking your horn will make them slow down or something? I don't know if I'm doing it wrong or they just ignore me for some reason. Well if this doesn't work for me, maybe for other people the npcs may even react to honking, who knows.
