i can see the adder II with working retractable spoiler and other customization being brought to us by benny!

Benny'd probably turn it into a Chiron.

Enhannce the old version. Make the spoiler work, add roof options. Maybe luxury tuning at Bennies ?

I'd welcome an update which just overhauls old stuff witout adding new DLC concepts. Make it so that you can sail with your yacht, add working pop up headlamps on cars like the Ruiner (because only the dukes has it atm), fix bugs, add indicators, ability to sit, fix car tyres etc.

Touch on all the small things in the game, these are the things that make for a better game. You don't notice them at first, but paired up they make for a better experience.

f*ck supercars.

Better give me some everyday cars instead.

They already did that multiple times.

I love the veyron, I think its a master piece that most people don't understand how much technology and time went into making it. Do i see another version of the adder coming out for it in GTA? Nah.

I hate derailing this thread a bit, but i generally feel like Veyron isn't accomplishment. Developement was hampered by very early spec sheet, with V16, 4 turbos, 4wd, 1000hp and 400km/h vmax. Engineers said that if ANY of those could be left out, it would be easier. Heat problems, packaging, aero were all really strained because of Piechs (was it?) stubborness. End product is a very expensive car, that makes loss to the VW everytime someone buys one. It was terrible business, something only an automotive giant could pull off. It's not the clever engineering, it has none of innovativeness that makes great cars great. It is a hugely capable car, that is exquisitely made and somewhat pleasing to the eye, too. But running one costs ridiculously much, (service, tires, wheels are ludicrously expensive - and you have to change wheels every.... 10.000km?)

I don't get excited of it because it's all about money. Money solved problems, money dictated it had to be done in the end, in the spec it was first reported... And although every single one of them was a huge net loss. Running one is much more expensive that it should need to be. BUT i do understand people who marvel it. It really is a german triumph, all overengineered. Engine is reported to actually churn 2000-3000hp, but cooling, transmission, ends, all of that takes a gigantic lump of it. Cooling especially is a freaking nightmare. But they made it, and it's a great thing. My bag of tea it ain't, for reasons i tried to present earlier.

Wouldn't mind another one in-game, though.

They weren't really "hipster" cars though just weird family/everyday cars. There hasn't been any dlc with plain everyday cars like the Ford Taurus, Honda Accord, Chevy Caprice etc.

the Kuruma (heist update) is an every day car

the Moonbeam and the Faction (lowrider update) are every day cars

the Tampa (festive surprise) is an every day car

the Virgo and the Chino (ill gotten gains part 1 & 2) are every day cars.

EDIT: what you're describing is a boring car, not an every day car.

I think an everyday car describes cars made for everyday activities and everyday people. The chino, faction and Tampa are sporty muscle cars and the Kuruma is a japanese sports car. The moonbeam is an everyday car though.

it doesn't matter what type of car it is, if it's something you can often see a decent amount of times on the road without having to be surrounded by millionaires, then it's an every day car.

an Evo X being an import sports car doesn't mean it's not an every day car... that's like saying a Dodge Charger isn't an every day car, just because it's a sports sedan/muscle car. and i see a lot of both where i live.

the Chino and Tampa are based on really old muscle cars, which also aren't hard to see a lot of. maybe in f*cked up condition, but still not hard to come by.

I find the two strips on the adder pretty annoying, it would have been better if the let us choose the Primary and secondary in this pattern.

Adder definitely needs an update

1- adder in real life veryon has superior acceleration even greater then laferrari . 0 to 60 2.4 secs

2 - veryon ss did a fast lap on topgear track

Rockstar should add retractable spoiler and increase its performance so it becomes dominant as it is..

The Adder's acceleration is realistic.

There is a production Mustang that is a full second faster acceleration wise than the multi-million dollar Veryron.

That being said, let's see the Dominator at Benny's be transformed into the 2012 Cobra Jet before we get a new Adder.

Bro that mustang will be heavily modified then you can also say an alpha omega gtr can beat the crap out of every car that's not the point bugatti veryon ss has way more acceleration then most of the hyper cars ...i have seen countless drag races veryon is AWD and launch control. dder has been crippled alot if its realistic they should add the auto spolier just like progen

Kinda confused by your typing, but on that first part of replying to my post if you're talking about the Cobra Jet:,

No it's not a "heavily modified" car, it comes built with those capabilities for it's production vehicle base.

As for the Adder being crippled, well it FEELS crippled compared to the newer supers.

That's why you shouldn't expect R* to buff it.

They'd rather release a new car or conversion for a slower class, which would generally draw more attention.

LOL you are saying that the jet cobra (which i searched on google) is a drag race car. Its not street legal So basically you are saying that you want a drag car on roads.. Bugatti veryon is street legal .

And secondly Veryon being old car is still capable of accelerating faster the a laferrari, a lambo veneno, aventador. there are a few cars that match or exceeds acceleration but they are not in gta o . Veryon is slower on tracks but in straight line acceleration its still a rocket.

I think a Mitsubishi Lancer qualifies as an everyday car. As for the Tampa, well across the United States older muscle cars, Like the 68' Dodge Charger that the car's based off are fairly common (especially in the South)

Plus you gotta remember, GTA Online's all about the pursuit of the high life, therefore it makes sense why we'd get more High end cars and whatnot instead of everyday cars.

In my opinion, a Lancer can be qualified as an everyday car, as long as it isn't an Evo.

That's true, but I think we can't have more luxury/sports/super/hyper cars than everyday ones, because it'd look kinda unrealistic.

At least for me.

I'm living in a small town in south-eastern Poland.

OK, I know. People in L.A. are rich, so the cars you mentioned can be everyday cars. But they are still high-end, generally speaking.

In the biggest cities of Poland, some high-end cars are everyday ones (e.g. Mercedes-Benz S-Class, Audi Q7, Porsche Cayenne), and following your statement, I should call them "everyday". But I don't. Why? Because I define "everyday cars" as the low/middle-low class ones. The cars that aren't associated with luxury, performance, and all that stuff.

We should stop this "Why luxury/sports/super cars cannot be 'everyday' ones?" thing before something bad will happen.
