Where do i buy or get the gang burrito at?

please help me, ive completed all of the heist to get it and i have found the karin technical but ive been looking for the burrito for 2 hours

Have you done the heist to unlock it OP? It's not just available from the get go. You need to complete a heist to unlock it.

ive been looking there for close to two hours still havent found it and ive even shut down my console and restarted

This,to be more specific,you have to play "Pacific Standards - Hack"

You need to unlock it during one of the Pacific Standard Heist Setup missions. If i recall correctly, it should be the "Pacific Standard - Hack" Setup, where you need to mess around with a white and a black gang burrito and some server racks inside of them.

Yeah was looking at which one it is and Smesi is correct. The Pac standard heist and in particular the 3rd setup (Hack) where you swap out the hardware in the lost van.
