Perfect response for heist randoms who want "25%"

How do you decrease cut by 3% when only increment option is 5%?

Lower it by 15% every 50 seconds, even though the guy being threatened would probably just leave before you got to do it .

What were you offering OP? Let me guess. 5%? You sound like a douche. I would just leave. Also lol at 3%. You can only adjust it by 5% Sounded like you were playing with mouthbreathers, you probably would've failed the finale anyways.

Start lowering the payout and prepare to get trolled. I will accept at that point then stick around to complete the heist but at the very end start committing suicide (prison break - not pulling parachute and trying to land right in front of host).

I've never heist hopped. I'm going to start trying this sh*t. It seems like an interesting experience.

Now me myself, I do not ever request 25%, I do however request 20%, which is fair considering what I bring to the table. But again, these skills I am referring to, you would acknowledge this if and only if you re-invite me back to your finale. But you don't.....you host never do. Reasons why you all bitch about finale hoppers. Well, there would not be "hoppers" if you random hosts re-invited us back to your finale, but you don't. You spam invite new crew members while cutting out the crew that got you to the finale as to justify your low pay scales.

I actually had this twice last night. Practically carried a team though Pac Standard - Signal --> Bikers and a different one from Humane Labs -Insurgent --> Deliver EMP, no invite to either finale. I couldn't have cared less about my cut (just going for chrome rims unlock on 2nd character) but feel like they just wanted to populate their lobby with randoms to cut their share down. Definitely a disappointing trend that's starting.

My general rule of thumb for helping on heists is: no less than 15% and must be equal to the other two members unless they helped with setups I didn't.

I say the same thing but different.

if you don't pay out at least 20% expect a lot of failed heists.

don't be greedy.

^Lol maybe they wouldn't always leave making you have to wait an extra 20 minutes to find another player if you weren't an asshole about it. I know it's tempting to respond with a rude message but typically that's going to get you looking for another member all over again.

So far, I've only had one guy ask me for 25%. I simply messages him back with "you realize I had to pay to start the heist and didn't get paid for any of the setups right?" He readied up on 20% no problem.

If you aren't an ass about it, they probably won't feel the need to say f*ck it and leave. Now if the person was demanding it and acting like a douche (which I doubt everyone you came across was), then by all means be an asshole :p

If they've started asking for 25%, they are just gonna leave anyway when I don't give it to them.

I play with about 20-25 ppl. We all give 25% each unless someone is broke then we give them 70% but they have to pay for heist ( if they can afford it)

I never run heists with randoms - its a waste of time lol

I'm usually happy with 15%, I'd much rather complete the heist & move onto the next than argue any kind of toss.

As host though I generally always pay 25% straight up, most of the time this gives people decent motivation to get it done so we can move onto the next.

Less is sometimes more.

Just do yourselves a favor and only do heist with friends or crew.

I am so sick of people fighting over %5 or 10%; if I do join a random heist that has people waiting for a bigger cut or a d1ck host (a cut less than 15% then I will leave within 30 secs or 1min. I won't waste my time any longer I just want to play and have fun.

I have enough money now so I am pretty much just chilling in free mode, playing regular contact missions and the occasional heist with friends and crew.

Contact missions are the best for money and fun...I don't have to depend on others, idiots can die or be ideal and I will still get payed and it is like quicker than messing around a random heist for one hour or more with people fighting over payouts and failing again and again and again.....and again lol

Personally, I always go with the default amounts set by R*. If someone asks to be bumped up to 20%, I'll usually oblige. If, after that, they f*ck up, well, then they get kicked, and the cycle begins anew.

25% or nothing if some c*nt said that to me i'd leave anyway. For my 25% i can guarantee no restarts and advice to new heists players to get the bonuses. I'm worth more than 15-20%

Maybe, but how does the host know that? I bet every 'tard in the game likes to claim they're worth the most money, but often those who kick up a stink like that aren't as good as they like to think they are, and after bitching they end up being the ones that rush in and get killed.

Not saying that's the case with you, but if I was host and you came along demanding 25% and claiming to be "worth it", I'd likely be very sceptical. If I knew you and knew you were good, then fine, but as a random, nah.

Lol you people feel like you can just join a finale and demand 25% no that's not fair to the other 2 members because they don't get 25% so those people can stick their 5% extra up their ass.

Exactly. Chances are, those people would finish fine, even with another player of equal level to them, so even if you are genuinely better, what makes you worth the extra 5% if they'd complete it anyway?

Any reason like "I'd get it done quicker/easier" is BS, because not everybody wants to rush every heist as quickly as possible and shoot everything from inside a Kuruma.

Hmm....good question, how would the host know ?

Well now, if more people used a headset /mic then maybe that little thing called communication could be beneficial.

The real litmus test ( assuming no one uses mic's ) try setting the heist outfits to player saved. If your non-vocal crew equips Heavy Combat Armor, then that should tell you a little more about the hired help. That little tidbit lets you know that your help has a clue. Now if you are a host ( or random crew ) and do not allow or know about player saved outfits, then you the host are the clueless ones and should be docked your pay-out, not your hired help. But you really should communicate, it will serve you well if you speak/text with your hired help. If you as host take the time to chat with me before launch, you'd know i have completed the CMM challenge a few times and might possibly help you complete yours too if proven as a reliable host/crew mate. But again, most of you don't. If you'd take the time to communicate with me, i might even send out a few invites to some of my crew mates to join us and tear through your heist + set-ups. But again, you don't communicate.

The tools are at most peoples disposal, it would go a long way to use them. I find it hard to believe that every squeaker and wanna be gangsta's are the only ones with mic's and no one else does.

IMO, this tactic is nothing more than "poking the bear" and opening yourself up to have the sh*t trolled out of your session.

When it comes to payouts, I like to live by this mantra: "Good help isn't cheap and cheap help isn't good".

Also, some of the Heist jobs require a lot more work than others. I, personally, won't pilot the Prison Heist for less than 20%. Period.

The pilot role? I think the prison officer and guard roles take a little more. As a pilot you literally have to do nothing but fly around a little bit.

That's all opinion, though. I have the same principle myself.

Considering the sheer amount of failures, connection issues and trolls, I'm not going to do just any role when a host wants to give me 15%.

I will take 15%, but I will then also take the easy roles. And when that happens I'll do my best to perform well. It's that simple.

I try to make this clear to people, even in the Fleeca job. If you're going to pay me badly and I'm staying, I'll be the driver. You can muck around with the little mini-games.

Since it's mostly newbies hosting the Fleeca job, they often take really long with the hacking and drilling. If they'd have paid me a bit more they would have been done

with the mission a lot quicker.

I'm not likely to troll a host. If someone launches a mission too quickly (again, looking at the Fleeca set up mission hosts) I won't hold a grudge, but I won't stick around either.

Give me a second to decide wether or not to stay in, and save yourself the time of having to go back to free mode and then re-hosting the thing.

Anyway. Trolling a host takes time, and while I'm currently pretty casual and not intensively making money, I still don't like to waste time by waiting for a finale to nearly end and

then messing it up for the rest. Especially because I might be screwing over two other players who don't deserve it.

Pay me enough or I either leave or take the easy job. Simple enough! The amount of failures I'm willing to suffer before leaving depends on those things and on the effort put in by teammates.

I would be humble and just accept any cut between 15-20 percent because I know the host is doing this and it does cost him some money to start the planning.

I don't take less then 20 and I don't need a mic because I'm not a retard...

I demand 20 because I don't fail and I have to put up with other people failing, offer me less and il just leave f*ck your heist and good luck failing multiple times...

I do 70/10/10/10 to randoms who didn't participate in the setups. For friends who didn't, I might extend it to 15%. If they are level 120 and above, have a mic, are adults and have the heavy combat outfit under player saved outfits then I'm willing to stretch it to 20%.

I wish there was a way of kicking people at the setup screen (where the cuts are decided).

Considering you can't invite people from the pay screen, and it kicks you back to free roam no matter what, leaving does the job just fine.

You needed that explained to you and you have the balls to try and pay me 10%? Bout time you learnt some of the basics of the game.

At 10% of any heist, I'm better off hopping a random A Titan of a Job and play a few 6-men contact missions from there.

Have fun heisting with a clueless crew that doesn't even know this simple fact.

Asking for 25 is stupid, but with a quick explanation of why that's silly people usually acknowlege that they didn't think clearly. Not offering 20% to everyone on Pac Standard is cold though, and that's more of an issue. I haven't been offered more than 15 for a week or more. It's not that I desperately need the money since I'm level 109 and completed the 10 million challenge, but it's pissing me off when a host thinks he's worth 270k more than the others. I just leave, and eventually I'll host the heist myself instead. Everyone gets their fair share of 20 then, no exceptions. And no, it doesn't matter if they helped with the setups or not. If they didn't complete them with me, they probably did with someone else already and didn't get invited for the finale.

Good luck getting any mug to do a heist for 10% LOL

only people I've seen accept 10% are low level noobs that fail 5-10 times before someone actually gets sick of failing and leaves...

If you want good players to help you with heist you gotta pay higher prices just like the single player heists.

There is no 3%! You can only decrease/increase his cut by 5%.
