Perfect response for heist randoms who want "25%"

Got this one a little while ago. Here was my response:

"accept now or I will start lowering your cut by 3% every 10 seconds"

I was kinda hoping he'd test me on that but he accepted before I was even out of the PSN menu lol.

If anyone else does this, leave a comment here and let us know how it goes.

Not that I demand 25%, but if anyone said that to me I'd just leave.

Exactly what I was going to say.

Not threadworthy.

OT: Sometimes it's the lag, don't be a dick about it.

*proceeds to f*ck up on purpose as you finish the heist*

its f*cking simple, kick them if you're too cheap

Guess that explains why I've only been finding some seriously good pubbies with my thirty-percent cut to all that join my heists - you're too busy paying for the crap that couldn't earn twenty percent even if they tried.

And someone will accept your 10% or whatever OP. They will then proceed to do everything in their power to make the heist fail, over and over and over again. The only person you are f**king over is yourself. If someone asks me for more now when I host they simply get booted. I can wait for another player who is willing to accept what I offer. ( I usually offer min 20% anyway)

I will say it again though. There is no right or wrong in this situation. If you demand 50% you are entitled to do that. I however as host don't need to agree and pay you for that. Also dont be suprised when you get booted. By the same token if I offer you 20% or less and you don't agree that is your prerogative. Take it or leave. I personally would prefer to pay better and get someone willing to complete the objective. There is an old saying....

If I had a dollar for every time someone made post that included the word "entitlement" lol I would be rich

OT:OP that kind of response will get you a screen along the lines of "Not Enough Players To Start Heist Finale"

How do you decrease cut by 3% when only increment option is 5%?

Damn math.

I always say one of two things to that

"0% chance of that"

"send me nudes"

I sometimes do a little variation of this too, where if a player doesn't ready up after 1-2 minutes I lower their cut down to 10%. Funny to see people that were so against a 15% cut instantly start begging to be brought back up to it.

like every other heist payment thread, all i see is this: "bla blah i would fck up your heist, blah blah 20-25% blah blah 40/20/20/20 blah". Honestly the people in the actual GTA online are so stupid most of them deserve about 5%.

If I'm leader, just give them 25% and quickly lower their cut as soon as they ready up

^ I would likely do the same thing, I don't agree with failing the heist because you don't agree with the payout. I suggest you ask the host politely to up your payout or move on and find someone willing to pay your fee. But if the host tries to do it sneakily then f**k them.

See a lot of common responses, so I'm just gonna address them all here. Goes like this:

"I/They would just quit"

Good. I want them to do one of two things: either accept the mission, or leave and stop wasting my goddamn time. I want them to know I have zero tolerance right off the bat.

"40/20/20/20"

That applies if AND ONLY IF they helped with all the setups. If you do the math, which I won't, since it has been laid out plainly in several threads already, every crew member would receive a roughly equal cut for the same amount of time put into the heist. For someone who just walked into the heist, this is far too generous, since they put zero effort into setups, and heists are a huge payoff compared to setups.

Lets just do some simple math. Assuming it takes roughly the same amount of time to complete a heist as a setup (and this is being more than fair, in my experience; heists tend to run smoother since they attract higher talent, pay better, and the lobby fills up much faster) you are talking about a cut of around $80K vs $20K for the same amount of time, effort, and frustration. That's 4x as high a payout for roughly the same investment. Heists pay far better than the set-ups leading up to them.

Any scrub with half a brain realizes this, which is why they preferentially skip setups to try to find heist finales. That is why they don't just leave. If they do, great. Realistically, they know $80K for less than an hour (hell less than a half hour, easily, for skilled players) is more than their fair share. They are simply greedy. I'm not going to pay some scrub extra money just because they lucked into my finale when the same player would have skipped my set-ups. If they have already vetted themselves and I know they are solid, THEN I will pay them more. If they are unproven, I pay accordingly, since it is impossible to know whether they are good or not. Chances are they suck either way.

"They/I will f*ck up on purpose"

Fine, I will replace them after quitting the next screen and start with a new line-up. Like I said, these lobbies fill very quickly compared to set-ups, because any idiot with half a brain sees the opportunity in front of them. I give everyone ONE chance to prove themselves. If they don't like my terms, they can get their own high-end apartment and plan their own heists and then see how "fair" their opinion on heist pay-outs will be. But if they join MY heist, I am in control, I did all the work, and they have exactly zero bargaining power.

In summary, I put up with enough bullsh*t as it is with all the setups. I won't pay some random scrub a disproportionate share just to start the heist a couple minutes earlier when it takes so damn long to just get people to play the set-ups, let alone find people good enough to COMPLETE the setups. The point of my response is that it cuts through bullsh*t quickly. It is basically saying, take it or leave it. However, instead of going back and forth for five minutes, they have to face the possibility of taking a smaller cut, which IS STILL more than they deserve, most of the time, if they choose to waste precious minutes of my time. That is all.

Taliana Martinez is an SP crew wheelman, for only 8%.

Me, I'm your crew member for 15%. 10% if you can assure me that we never play Prison Break, and the rest of the crew aren't morons.

I'm GTAO's Taliana Martinez, except I'm a black dude instead of a Mexican woman.
