I first used a map and found about 70, then used a walkthrough and have found all except 2, even though I've been to all the places (I think)! The one i didnt find was in that house by the film studio were you shot the people from a heli and get the money from the roof.. in a mission well inside the house right when you walk in there is a little room with a whole in the roof go to the second floor and dropp in I dont know if this is the one your missing but it got me to 100 packages. I reckon those packages just don't exist! It's one of the stats ... maybe have set packages to disappear if you save the game too much, cos I know I save mine loads, and have about 140 days passed I believe ...
