Don't know if you new that cause thats a little spoiler... but whatever. Thats when you will get the first chopper yourself. But there is also some other places. Im not sure if Deathrow is before or after the mission with Lance and the chopper, anyways... after a certain mission you do with lance, you head off to kill Diaz at his mansion. After you kill him, you get the mansion. Now, im not sure if thats entirely acurate... anyways... other chopper locations: VCN building. Police department. Hyman condo. Also, there is a VCN building next to a bridge with a helicopter on the roof. Also, next to the moffice with the lift in it there is a sparrow.
