You know, there are a lot of folks here who think you and others like you are the main reason R* will never fully support modding. Mods on GTA:O are like kryptonite to Rockstar and regular players online. I'm not surprised at all at R*'s update. I'm not sure what you use the trainer online for but its probably up to no good. One day... Rockstar will create a solution that will make everyone happy. Today, you're ruining the experience for everyone by having this capability. I can do it too and go online with mods - its not hard, but I choose not to. I actually give a sh*t. And you're right I dont. That's why I have a current scripthook right m90. I i only posted this to piss people off like I clearly did tho the other guy. That dudes just flying on the handle for no reason. But he's right they don't get caught. oCrapaCreeper Posted June 11, 2015 Share Posted June 11, 2015 (edited) Modded RPF's work just fine for me in the new patch (using this mod right now), OpenIV and ASI loader all work properly. Anything that required scripthook however is of course broken, you can still modify RPF's just fine however. Fix this sh*t now" Rockstar relents, hackers invade Online again: "OMG Rockstar, fix this sh*t now!" ... and the cycle continues... Well considering R* said they won't mess with Single Player mods only Online we expected them to deliver at least something of the sort so we could still use our mods in SP... You're lumping everybody in with one group (Online) and it's not fair to those who have never used those menus online. If something relies off of native hashes and those hashes get changed it is within reason that the mods will not work anymore. They need to be updated. For example; Minecraft receives updates and the modding community has to wait a short while before they can jump back in with their mods. GTA is the same way. Quit complaining and wait. I'm use mods to research the Chilliad Mysteries, which the majority of the time, requires no cops, teleportation, godmode, etc... just for getting to places, and trigger things that are otherwise impossible to reach.. for example, the 6th star requires cops active, but godmode at least on the character (I also have tank gun and god mode on the vehicle). Before anyone starts moaning on.. 6th star does exist, and is attainable without CheatEngine. No I haven't reached the 6th, but a white scale bar appears beneath the 5 stars, and I've only had that 1/4 full. very difficult to get without godmode. Mods play an active role in the Single Player scenario, waaaaaaay after the 100% completion stage. Rockstar know this. Anyways, am just waiting for the new Mods Updates.. Ratsorizzo Posted June 12, 2015 Share Posted June 12, 2015 Do what I did, make an entirely seperate copy of the game on another drive or somewhere and use that as your mod playground. Use a modless to go online When updates happen youre mods are safe. I have a feeling some people out there are mad because they won't work online.
