Rockstar support TICKET CAN'T SUBMIT

suppose i have filled the whole ticket but when I click "submit" button NOTHING HAPPENS I am on the same page

Pls I can't submit a ticket to R*

If you're on PC you need to include a DxDiag.txt and MSInfo.txt before the button works, for some f*cked up reason.
