I dont know but if you choose a outfit from the counter it should remove them.

Go to your apartment and go into the clothet and then scroll down til you find the "Gloves" Option then select "No Gloves" and it'll take em off

You can also take them off at any clothes shops. They should be at the accessories section.

I know the Heist outfit with the grey shirt can't have its gloves removed if you don't wear something over the shirt. don't know if other outfits have this too.

Otherwise go to a clothing store or your closet and remove the gloves there.
