Lapdance PS3 Bug?

When I try to get a lap dance it says I have no money or something and links me to the playstation store menu.

 

I have like $200,000 so it's got to be a glitch? I'm level 26 if that helps.

If it's in the bank, it'll tell you that. You need to have cash, it happened to me yesterday. I was trying to unlock the leg tattoo, requires 25 lapdances. lol

has to be in cash, not in the bank, go to the ATM in there and draw out some cash
