Scripthook - Get RPM and set/change gear

Two questions:

 

1. Is it possible to get the RPM of the vehicle the player is currently driving? Scripthook for GTA IV had a method called "GET_VEHICLE_ENGINE_REVS(int vehicle)", but I can't seem to find one for GTA V's scripthook (1.0.350.2b) :/

2. Is it possible to set (change) the gear in the vehicle the player is currently driving? I've tried to find a method for it, but no success yet..
