im not really sure if the OP wants to make his own player animate or a spawned one :p

 

but if you want to make a spawned ped dance etc, its the exact same as the above code, but you need to request control of the ped, and while you have it, call that animation :p

Well he has what he needs, he can modify it for the future use.

How do I stop the Animation

Like this:

playerPed.Task.ClearAnimation("WORLD_HUMAN_CLIPBOARD", "WORLD_HUMAN_CLIPBOARD"); //where playerPed can be changed to whatever ped you're using

I'm not sure for the part inside of the brackets but I put it like that and it works fine..

Just to be clear what these two are talking about is a scenario, which is different from an animation.

 

Here is how I play animations in .net:

I want to make NPC (not player ped) doing animation...what should i do 

I can control Player animation...but when i try with other Peds i failed
