Why because it is the most notorious crime riddled city on all of GTA.As well it has been mention in only EVERY GTA game since GTA3.Yet no one really knows what city it is based off of some say detroit,cleveland,chicago or philly.Be nice to have an official place,as a true GTA fan it the only city i would like to see
