Forcing props onto peds?

Hello!

 

So i took a pedprop file from a ped model that has 2 different hats to choose from, and added it to a ped that normally only has 1 hat. But if i select that model ingame i can only access one of the hats. Is there a way to work around this to be able to choose the second hat or will i have to wait until we can actually edit models?

Idk if this is the right place to ask but thanks :)
