can't install the gta san andreas :( please help me :'(

i play samp.

yesterday i turn off my pc and today i turn it on the and i open the samp and tried to connect the server in samp this runtime error occurred.

then i unisntall it and i m re-installing it but cant install it because this error is irritating me.

 

Feature Transfer Error

Feuture: Grand Theft Auto San Andreas
Component: GTA SA EXECUTABLE
Error: Access is denied

ive downloaded this by my server website www.dmasti.pk
please help me....
