So, the Xyen project is an effort to make San Andreas look better and have more detail to it. Nah, it's GTA V textures. @Michael_Townley I've got a lot of spare time right now so I can work on it and keep it alive. @Jinx. Nah, it's just the textures I have installed, not made by me, so they won't be included in the mod.
