Elegant not spawning in game

It all started when I reinstalled the game.After I downgraded the game(using v1.0 HOODLUM no-cd),I started modding it again,adding the CLEO and the Modloader files(and the ASI's,along with the ASI loader) back to the directory,then I started the game,and the mods I had in modloader were working,until I realised that the Elegant wasn't spawning in the traffic,neither while using a Car Spawner(the game was running perfectly).The fact is that when I removed Modloader,the Elegant was spawning,but when I added Modloader back(with a mod for Elegant,and another vehicle mod),the car was not spawning at all.I tried a lot of things to fix this issue(I also reinstalled the game again),but with no result.What can I do for it?

what mods have you instaled in cleo? and what asi's? (obviously cleo.asi...)

My CLEO mods: Autosave,Weapon Selector,Godmode,Mobile Transfender,Vehicle Spawner,Girlfriend mod,and few more mods.

 

My ASI's: ImVehFt,SilentPatch,ModLoader,Black Roads fix,Open Limit Adjuster and CLEO.

 

For CLEO mods I'm using CLEO 4,version 4.3.20(I previously had version 4.3.18).
