"Heist team left"...

Okay guys, I really hope someone can help me out, because this is driving me crazy.

Whenever I'm the host of a heist, after 2/3 minutes, the heist fails and it says "Heist team left" or "Station team left".
At first I thought I just had bad luck, having drop-outs in my team, but it happens 90% of the time.
And it ONLY happens whenever I am the host, whenever I join a heist, no problem whatsoever.

Anyone else had this problem? Any way to fix it?

It is because someone disconnected or purposely left

Try not being the host if your connection sucks.

It's likely you have a piss poor connection to R* servers or are trying to play heist with folks from overseas, like the Americas or the like. This happens a lot when I join my friends heist, All the players get kicked, or one player is stuck loading... Blame it on R* servers brah...

until the glitch is patched, dont do prison break with randoms.
