It has nothing to do with the connection. I have fiber optic and I also have the same problem.

 

 

 

If it was on rockstars end everyone would be having the same problems. But we aren't so it's not them

 

 

so how do you explain only having connection issues with this game? I have three other games (The Crew, MLB 15 the show, and a supercross game) and I only have issues like this with GTA Online, while I never have any issues on those three other games)... that right there automatically rules out my internet connection, and that would be the same for pretty much everyone else. Rockstar went the cheap route and decided it would be smart to use P2P servers instead of dedicated servers for a game this big, when P2P server have failed on games much smaller than this.

 

so it's not our internet connections, it's Rockstar bad logic and the junk P2P stuff that is causing the issues.

that page is completely useless. every time there is a mass GTA Online outage it takes them 5 hours to comprehend that there is actually an issue and update that page.

Ran into the saved info couldn't be downloaded message and kept being sent back to GTA V. Downloading Halo 3 ODST as an add-on to The Master Chief Collection instead.

I'm on Xbox 360. I was on GTAO earlier no problem. I just tried to get back on and it says "save data could not be loaded..." so I checked the server status on R* says everything is up. Checked xbox website and it says that they're is a problem joining other memebers in online games, so it is an xbox problem for me :( I was trying to grind missions too for the update.
