Jitnaught
OpenIV's "mods" folder might be the solution to your problem.
totte1015
Care to develop your answer? I have no clue where that is and what it does (i have openIV tho)
Jitnaught
With the 2nd latest version of OpenIV they added the OpenIV.asi so you can load in all of your mods, but with the latest version you can now put your modded archives into the "mods" folder in your GTA V directory so they don't directly replace your files. Then you could use the modified ScriptHookV.dll which can go online to bypass the forced GTA V crash when you go online, but (supposedly) OpenIV still checks if you are online, and if you are, then it won't replace the modified archives. Here's the OpenIV page regarding the mods folder. Edited June 8, 2015 by LetsPlayOrDy

And since I use OpenIV for the handling mods I guess with logical reasoning they wont work either... Thanks
