GTA IV confessions

I have owned IV a total of 7 different times. my first copy got wrecked because my mate picked up my Xbox while the game was in there, it was left with a massive ring around the disc.

my second copy I accidentally snapped while I was trying to clean the smudges off the disc.

my third copy I accidentally left at the old house when we moved.

my fourth copy I had to trade in because my xbox 360 broke. I traded it in along with all my other 360 games.

I got my fith copy on PS3 but didn't like the PS3 controller so I gave the PS3 to my little brother when I moved out.

my sixth copy I bought preowned for 5 dollars with a new Xbox 360. only to get home and realise the disc was so badly scratched it didn't even work, no wonder it was only 5 dollars. I threw it in the rubbish and went straight back to EB games to get a brand new copy. which is my current and hopefully last GTA IV copy.

cool story bro.

I currently have four copies of the game.

Copy One I purchased back in December 2008 for the PC.

Copy Two I purchased when the EFLC Double Pack was released on the PC.

Copy Three I purchased as a Complete Edition on the PC.

Copy Four I purchased as a Complete Edition for the PS3.

I dislike driving on The Plumbers Skyway sometimes, despite it being my favourite piece of roadway in New Alderney. I wish the NADOT completed their work on it.

As soon there's a TC for Alderney we're gonna fix it, don't loose hope friend.

My confession is that i've replayed it more times than all of you.

and i thought it was boring and bland on my first playthrough. didnt get into the story or characters.

I already knew the ending before I played IV. I also already knew Michelle was an undercover agent. I'm just terrible with spoilers.

So you watched Videos, and visited Forums before playing?

I played IV in 08 with a friend, but bought it in 2010 to play it myself.

So you watched Videos, and visited Forums before playing? I watched the revenge ending on youtube, and watched my auntie do the mission snow storm. It was still a shock when I played those parts for myself though.

That's fair enough. How did you approach those Missions knowing what would happen?

That's fair enough. How did you approach those Missions knowing what would happen? I made sure to choose Revenge, because I knew Roman would die if I took the deal. And I dated Michelle as much as possible to hear all their conversations before doing snow storm. so it was helpful in a way.

I'll be honest. The first time I played this game, I'm pretty sure I picked the Deal ending. It was a while ago. I know, that was a stupid move. After that, the next few times when I played the story I picked Revenge, and now if I play the story again, of course I'll pick Revenge. Having Niko bowl without Roman isn't right.

I have never tried the swing set glitch.

I have never killed Dwayne on any of my playthrough's.

I always play IV realistically and keep Niko in character. I don't kill innocent peds, and if I do by accident I reload my latest save. I always play in free aim and usually with no HUD.

Same here, Mate. :)

I do much the same. Also, I try to as much as possible never kill Police Officers. :)

yeah, I don't really like killing police officers in IV. I only do it when I have to, such as during Three leaf clover.

I've never done the swing set glitch.

It took me about 20 times to finally beat the Qu3bd high score.

I once stupidly went looking for the Bigfoot in Middle Park because I believed rumors. Wasted 2 hours of my life on that.
